(MAEF) is a grassroots NGO headquartered in Jasota village, Dausa tehsil, Dausa district, Rajasthan. Founded under the leadership of Mr. Shyam Sundar Jangid (President) and Mrs. Raveena Jangid (Secretary), MAEF is a people's movement building Model Panchayats through water conservation, women empowerment, education, and health & sports.
MAEF works by engaging sarpanches, forming ward-wise community teams, conducting chaupal baithaks and gram panchayat surveys, preparing DPRs, and connecting communities to government schemes. This model has been replicated across 9 districts of Rajasthan.
With 500+ volunteers, self-help groups, and partnerships with government bodies and CSR programs, MAEF has brought sustainable change to some of Rajasthan's most underserved areas.

Through MAEF's community model — sarpanch meetings, ward-wise teams, chaupal baithaks, gram surveys, DPR preparation, and government scheme awareness — 250+ ponds have been built in Dausa (Chhrada area). Separately, in partnership with Viksit Gram Construction, 75 geo-membrane lined farm ponds were completed in Kukas, Jaipur, securing irrigation for 35+ acres in Kharif season.

30 women successfully completed a 45-day tailoring and skill development program. As post-training support, 12 women received micro-loans to purchase sewing machines and start home-based enterprises, achieving financial independence and long-term livelihood sustainability.

A modern digital learning lab equipped with tablets, offline educational content, and interactive learning tools was launched to support rural education. The facility benefits 120+ students every week, improving reading, numeracy skills, and digital literacy in a structured learning environment.

210 villagers were screened for blood pressure, diabetes, and vision issues. High-risk families received medical consultations, referral support, and nutrition kits. Alongside, MAEF organised a local-level chess tournament and free chess classes, with school teachers trained as coaches for ongoing sessions.
